FAQs

What is massage therapy?

Massage therapy is the practice of using hands-on techniques to manipulate muscles and soft tissues to relieve tension, reduce pain, and promote relaxation. It supports overall health by improving circulation and aiding recovery.

Do you offer Direct Billing?

We offer direct billing with a number of major insurance companies. Just keep in mind that whether your treatment is covered depends on your individual plan. If your insurance doesn’t approve the claim, we’ll simply ask you to pay at the time of your appointment.

Direct billing is available for your primary insurance provider. If you have a secondary plan, you’ll need to send in that claim yourself.

We will email you an invoice after each session so you can easily submit it.

When you fill out your Health History Form, we’ll collect your insurance details to get everything set up. If you’re unsure about what your plan covers, it’s a good idea to contact your insurance company directly—they’ll be able to guide you.

Are you all Registered Massage Therapists (RMT’s)?

Yes, we are all Registered Massage Therapists with a valid license number.

We are all experienced Registered Massage Therapists (RMT’s), obtaining our diplomas from Sutherland- Chan School and Centennial College. We are all in good standings and members of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) as well as the Registered Massage Therapist’s Association of Ontario (RMTAO).

Do you have availability on weekends and evenings?

We are open 7 days a week and have openings on Sundays and evenings, but Saturdays are currently full as we’ve reached capacity with existing clients.

How do I make an appointment?

The easiest way to book is online or by email. If your preferred time isn’t available, email us your contact info, availability, and treatment length to join the waitlist.

No walk-ins – by appointment only!

All inquiries are handled by email only, with responses Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We have a strict 72-hour cancellation policy: cancel less than 72 hours ahead and you’ll be charged 75% of the service; same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 100%. Fees must be paid before booking again.

If you’re late, your session will end at the scheduled time with no fee adjustment. Arriving over 15 minutes late without notice means your appointment is forfeited.

Do you offer discounts or packages?

Sorry, we do not.

Do you offer couples massage?

Sorry, we do not.

However, we have two separate rooms if you’d like to come in at the same time.
