We have a strict 72-hour cancellation/ rescheduling policy.Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged 75% of the service fee.Same-day cancellations and missed appointments will be charged 100%.Outstanding fees must be paid before future bookings can be made.
If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you please stay home and notify us as soon as possible. While we understand illness can happen unexpectedly, our cancellation policy will still apply.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.
Late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time with no fee adjustment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice will result in the appointment being forfeited.
We offer direct billing with a number of major insurance companies. Just keep in mind that whether your treatment is covered depends on your individual plan. If your insurance doesn’t approve the claim, we’ll simply ask you to pay at the time of your appointment.
Direct billing is available for your primary insurance provider. If you have a secondary plan, you’ll need to send in that claim yourself. An invoice will be emailed to you after each session so you can easily submit it.
When you fill out your Health History Form, we’ll collect your insurance details to get everything set up. If you’re unsure about what your plan covers, it’s a good idea to contact your insurance company directly—they’ll be able to guide you.
