Clinic Protocols
Masks are HIGHLY recommended.
It is mandatory for clients to complete their COVID-pre screening form prior to every treatment and Health History Form (for new clients only). The COVID-pre screening form will be sent out with your reminder email, 3 days prior to your appointment. Both forms can be completed online.
We have a strict 72hr cancellation policy. This is effective immediately if booked within the 72hr time frame. Clients will be charged 75% of the treatment fee for late cancellations/rescheduling and 100% of treatment fee for missed appointments. The fee must be paid before you can reschedule. If you are late, the treatment will still end at the same time with no change in fee. If you do not show up within 15 minutes, your appointment will automatically be forfeited.
When You Arrive
- Masks are highly recommended during entire treatment
- Please do not arrive early for your appointment. If you are early, please stay in your car. The door will be locked as we will need time to sanitize between clients
- Make your way over to clinic at time of your appointment, there is no need to call in
- Please arrive alone, there is no waiting area
- Use washroom prior to coming in for your appointment if possible
- Upon entering, please remove shoes and place on boot tray
- Sanitize hands
- Please wear socks upon entry OR use slippers provided OR you can bring your own
- Enter treatment room and place belongings on wall hooks
- There will NOT be any blankets provided during this time, please bring your own if desired. You will still be fully covered with sheets and we will only undrape the areas we are working on
- This will all be part of your treatment time
- No tea or water will be provided, please bring your own
- All invoices will be emailed at the end of the treatment
- We have the right to refuse treatment if protocols are not met

- all therapists are fully vaccinated
- all therapists wear level 3 surgical masks
- all therapists test frequently
- air purifiers in each room
- sanitizer upon entry and each room
- all surfaces are sanitized between clients (door knobs, table, headrest, chairs, reception desk, POS machine, etc.)
- contactless payments and emailed invoices

Q1: Do you have any of the following symptoms?
- Fever and/or chills
- Cough or barking cough (croup)
- Shortness of breath
- Muscle aches/joint pain
- Extreme tiredness
- Sore throat
- Runny or stuffy/congested nose
- Headache
- Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
- Decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell
- If no, please proceed to question 2
- If yes, we are unable to treat you at this time. Please reschedule your appointment for 2+ weeks in the future by emailing us at epionemassagetherapy@gmail.com
Q2: Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days or have you been told you should be isolating?
- If no, please proceed to question 3
- If yes, we are unable to treat you at this time. Please reschedule your appointment for 2+ weeks in the future by emailing us at epionemassagetherapy@gmail.com
Q3: Did the you receive your final (or third) vaccination dose more than 14 days ago?
- If no, please proceed to question 4
- If yes, you have screened NEGATIVE. You may continue with your appointment as scheduled
Q4: Did you travel outside of Canada in the past 14 days? (If you’re fully vaccinated, you may attend your appointment UNLESS you have been in exposed or have symptoms)
- If no, please proceed to question 5
- If yes, we are unable to treat you at this time. Please reschedule your appointment for 2+ weeks in the future by emailing us at epionemassagetherapy@gmail.com
Q5: Have you had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 without wearing appropriate PPE?
- If no, you have screened NEGATIVE. You may continue with your appointment as scheduled
