Direct Billing

Most progressive extended health insurance plans cover massage therapy treatments when provided by a Registered Massage Therapist.

We offer direct billing to the insurance companies listed below. However, depending on your insurance plan and policy, the claim may or may not go through. In the case that the claim does not go through, we require that the covered individual pay upfront for the treatment.

We are only able to submit your primary coverage. Secondary will have to be claimed on your own. An invoice will be emailed to you at the end of each treatment so that you can submit this to your insurance company for reimbursement.

We will ask you for your insurance information when you fill out your Health History Form. Please contact your insurance provider if you have any questions.
